Notice is hereby given that South Carolina Regional Housing Authority No. 3 has prepared a 5-Year Plan and Annual Plan for 2004. The 5 Year PHA Plan and Annual Plan were created in accordance with Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act.

A public hearing will be held at the central office located at 10938 Ellenton St., Barnwell, South Carolina on April 16, 2004 at 11:00 AM to discuss/receive comments to the final plan.

The PHA Plans describe the mission of the agency, the agency’s goals and objectives for achieving its mission, and details about the agency’s immediate operations, program participants, services, and the agency’s strategy for handling operational concerns, residents’ concerns and needs, and programs and services for the upcoming fiscal year.
