OUR MISSION The mission of SC Regional Housing Authority No. 3 is to provide all the necessary tools for a family to obtain and maintain affordable housing and home ownership in a safe, sanitary, and decent manner. In carrying out this mission, SCRHA3 will create partnerships with various community resources to insure a complete needs fulfillment for families with the purpose of assisting them in the opportunity of becoming self-sufficient.
