Two separate Boards of Commissioners govern Housing Authority operations. One board governs SC Regional Housing Authority No. 3 while a second board governs its subsidiary, Southeastern Housing Foundation. The Boards serve in a supervisory and advisory capacity to the Executive Director and are responsible for making formal decisions for the Housing Authority.
