SC Regional Housing Authority No. 3 and Southeastern Housing Foundation both maintain emergency contact numbers in the event residents experience emergency maintenance problems that occur beyond normal working hours.

Residents of Public Housing developments should call (800) 922-5504 EXT 4614 and leave a detailed message, including a reachable phone number, in the event of a maintenance emergency. Residents living in a Southeastern Housing Foundation development should call (800) 922-5504 EXT 4632 in the event of a maintenance emergency. Please do not call these numbers during normal working hours are for routine maintenance work. Residents who use these numbers for non-emergency calls could be charged a $20.00 non-emergency fee.

In all cases an employee on call will respond to your emergency as soon as possible.
